PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Founding Partner of Yávar & Silva Abogados. Trial and arbitration lawyer with extensive experience in highly complex disputes under both private and public law, particularly in administrative litigation, civil liability, construction contracts and corporate disputes. He also advises on the preparation of legal opinions in the field of procedural law.
