PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

His practice focuses on civil, commercial, arbitration and real estate litigation, with experience in the defense of companies and financial institutions, as well as in insolvency proceedings and corporate reorganizations. He has represented clients in ordinary, enforcement and labor proceedings, and in complex arbitrations across various jurisdictions in Chile, with particular emphasis on case strategy and the conduct of high-stakes litigation from inception through resolution. He also advises private clients on real estate transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, promissory agreements and leases, as well as on title reviews and the regularization and curing of title and registry defects.
